Sushi Eggs

First thing's first! I don't boil my eggs, I STEAM them! Set up a steamer basket in a pot with a little bit of water, cover it and set your burner on high until it starts steaming! Now you can add your eggs, put the cover back on, and turn the burner down to medium. I like a soft yolk, so Iet my eggs steam for 8 minutes. 9-10 min will get you a hard set yolk! When the timer goes off, dump those beauties into cold water. Once they're cooled down you can peel them! I always peel before storing in the fridge. Now when you're ready to eat, cut your egg on half, drizzle with a lil soy sauce, tiny bit of Wasabi, and some pickled ginger! Sesame seed sprinkle if you have some, for extra fanciness! This is one of my fav ways to eat a boiled egg!
