This is the easiest, bestest way to experience true rhubarb flavor from a fresh spring harvest! Chop up 3 cups of rhubarb, measure 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/4c orange or grapefruit juice. Put it all in a saucepan and boil it on medium until the rhubarb is broken down and saucy! Cool it in the fridge and eat it on top of ice cream! On top of cake! On top of ice cream and cake together!
