End-of-season breakfast coming atcha! Half the fun of going to the farmers market is eating seasonally, which in Wisconsin... well we have radishes right now. So you've heard of tuna salad and egg salad and ham salad and chicken salad, I give you RADISH SALAD! Chopped radish, onion, and arugula with mayo, salt and pepper! Put it on your favorite sourdough and voila! Also, I learned last night that peanut butter and radish is a thing, just like carrots or celery dipped in peanut butter!
