Slice up a cabbage and shred some carrots! I just shred until I like the color balance of cabbage vs carrot. Then slice a medium/small red onion realllllly thin. Mix it around and make sure it's beautiful. Then make the dressing! Whisk up 1/4c sugar, 2tbsp each white vinegar and red wine vinegar. Once it's mostly dissolved, mix in mayo till you like the consistency. Maybe a cup? I'm not always the best measurer. Mix it into your veg, then sprinkle with celery seed and mix it around! If you wanna get fancy and you have poppy seeds, you can sprinkle some of those too! If you need more dressing bc your cabbage is huge, just double the recipe! Then salt it and taste it and salt it and taste it till it's gud. It gets yummier as it sits in the fridge! Eat up, buttercup!!
